By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

Subscriptions & Payments

Car Service Book offers a free tier and paid Premium subscriptions. Key subscription terms:

• Subscriptions are managed and processed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store
• Premium plans are available as Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime purchases
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings or within the app
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy — request refunds directly through Apple
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of vehicle maintenance tracking. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to compromise the Service.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us permission to store and process this content to provide the service to you. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Apple, Google, RevenueCat, AWS). Your use of these services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of VIN decoding, AI recommendations, or recall information. The Service is a tracking tool and does not replace professional vehicle maintenance advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
