Drive carefully

What it means

The anti-lock braking system has a fault, so ABS will not work. Normal brakes still work.

What to do

Drive carefully with extra braking distance, especially on wet or icy roads, and have it repaired soon. If the red brake light is also on, stop safely.

This is general guidance. Symbols differ between manufacturers, so check your owner's manual, and have a red warning light looked at before you drive on.
