Drive carefully
What it means
The soot filter is clogged and needs to regenerate, or it has a fault.
What to do
Drive for 15–20 minutes at a steady higher speed, for example on a motorway, so it can burn off the soot. If the light stays on, see a workshop soon.
This is general guidance. Symbols differ between manufacturers, so check your owner's manual, and have a red warning light looked at before you drive on.
